1. Price Match Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The itinerary must be identical in all aspects, including travel dates, departure and arrival times, airline(s), flight number(s), and class of service.
• The lower fare must be offered by a reputable and recognized online travel agency.
• All taxes, fees, and charges must be clearly disclosed and included in the quoted price.
• The lower price must be publicly available and accessible to all users at the time of verification.
• The fare must not be part of a group booking, corporate rate, loyalty reward, coupon-based, or exclusive promotional offer.
• The price match request must be submitted within 24 hours of completing your booking with Fareoairway.

2. Verification & Approval

All price match requests are subject to verification by our internal review team. Fareoairway reserves the right to validate the accuracy, availability, and legitimacy of the lower fare before approving any price adjustment.

Verification may take up to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request and supplier confirmation.

3. How to Submit a Price Match Claim

1. Compare prices for the identical itinerary across reputable platforms.
2. Contact our customer support team and share your booking reference number.
3. Provide verifiable proof of the lower price, including screenshots or live links, as requested.
4. Allow our team sufficient time to review and validate the claim.
5. Ensure full compliance with all eligibility criteria listed in this policy.

4. Price Match Outcome

If your request meets all eligibility requirements and is approved, we will match the verified lower price accordingly. Adjustments may be issued in the form of a refund, credit, or fare adjustment, as applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fareoairway is not responsible for pricing errors, typographical mistakes, technical glitches, or temporary fare discrepancies on third-party websites. All decisions regarding price match approval are final and made at our discretion.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
