Post Ticketing Service Fees

This page outlines the post-ticketing service fees charged by Fareoairway for representative-assisted cancellations, modifications, and special service requests. These fees are applied for services provided after ticket issuance and are separate from airline-imposed charges.

Note: All service fees listed below are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise and are charged per passenger, per ticket.

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking (Representative Assisted)

2. Modifications to Existing Bookings

Fees apply when changes are made to an existing booking with assistance from our service representatives.

B. Cancellation with Refund (If Permitted by Airline)

Domestic (Economy): $75.00
International (Economy): $175.00

4. Special Services (Representative Assisted)

Death or Bereavement
Duplicate Booking
Medical Emergencies

5. Other Terms & Conditions

All airline refunds and future credits are governed by the respective airline’s fare rules and policies.
Service fees are charged per passenger, per ticket, and are separate from airline or supplier penalties.
Government taxes and fees may fluctuate and are not controlled by Fareoairway.
Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are permitted only if fare rules allow.
“No-show” tickets are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Special service requests are subject to airline approval. Service fees are refunded only if the airline denies the request.
